This lovely vintage 1930s era navy blue midi dress features a distinctive ruffled organza collar with polka dots and intricate lattice-style short sleeves. No tag, I believe v that this was homemade. Blue rayon crepe material Body with Side snaps. Unlined. It’s in good vintage condition with 2 small pinholes at one shoulder as shown in photos. Unusual larger size, please see photos for measurements.
