Major reduction !! I BELIEVE this is an Art Nouveau Hand Fan Lace / Mother of Pearl handles. Complete and intact. Black lace with Mother of pearl handles highlighted with gold paint trim. Can still be used as a hand fan. I HAD SOMEONE CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME MY FAN WAS LATE 20TH CENTURY AND HANDLES WERE PLASTIC. She had not been to see my fan. I AM ELDERLY AND BOUGHT THIS FAN AROUND 30 YEARS AGO FROM AN ANTIQUE DEALER. I have looked at all the other hand fans. Many are like mine. I DON’T BELIEVE THAT THIS to be late 20TH CENTURY. The Gilded design appears to be art Nouveau. That period dates 1880’s to 1920’s. In any case, my price is very reasonable compared to others.
