The dress shown is a vintage Jessica Howard sleeveless shift dress, likely from the 1990s. It features a vibrant, abstract floral watercolor pattern in shades of blue, green, and yellow. Labeled US 6 Petite. 100% rayon. Does have some purple staining on inside lining but not visible on outside of dress nor give the fabric a different texture. Small slit in center back. Bust: 17" flat / 34" round Waist: 15" flat / 30" round Condition: pre-loved condition, no flaws/stains noted.
