Vintage Handkerchief of United Kingdom Countries, 13 x 12 ¾ inches, printed linen with hand rolled and hand stitched hem, probably 1960’s, a few dark age spots in one corner plus a very light spot on the white center square, pink on white printing, unusual theme handkerchief with what looks like animals or mythic creatures that represent different parts of the United Kingdom, at least as I see it, the beaver is for Canada, the kangaroo is for Australia, the dragon is for Wales, the eagle is for the US colonies, and what about the tailless dragon and the bear ???, any other theories?, a nice vintage hankie in any event.
